I’m Dmytro Nashkov, founder of Nashkov Group Construction LLC. I opened my first construction business in Ukraine more than 20 years ago. Since then, my career has been shaped by craftsmanship, responsibility and the determination to keep building.
Today, I lead a team of professionals in New Jersey. We bring our experience, care and pride in our work to the homes and projects entrusted to us.

More than one beginning.
The story behind Nashkov Group has taken me across countries and through the experience of starting over. At every stage, the work has carried the same responsibility: people place their homes, their plans and their trust in our hands.
Ukraine
Where the first business began
The business I built from the ground up.
More than 20 years ago, I founded my first construction company in Ukraine. Building that business gave me the practical experience on which my work still rests. I learned to approach each project with care, solve problems as they arose and take responsibility for the finished result.
The war destroyed my business and my home, and left my hometown in ruins. Losing the place where I lived and the company I had spent years building changed how I understood the value of a home. Comfort, security and a place to return to became even more personal to me.
Europe
Starting again through the work I knew
A new business. The same commitment.
I continued my profession in Europe, where I opened a new construction business. Starting again meant building professional relationships, adapting to different projects and earning trust in new surroundings.
That experience strengthened my ability to solve problems, communicate with different people and find practical ways to move a project forward. I carried with me the standards I had developed in Ukraine: careful work, respect for commitments and pride in the finished result.
United States
A new chapter in New Jersey
The beginning of Nashkov Group.
After moving to the United States, I established Nashkov Group Construction LLC in New Jersey. I brought my international experience with me and began building a company that reflects both my professional standards and what I have learned about trust and responsibility.
For me, opening Nashkov Group was a commitment to build something lasting again. It was also an opportunity to bring together a team of professionals I could believe in, and to put our combined skills to work for homeowners here.
